Prodalim Group (Prodalim), one of the leading suppliers of juices, concentrates and multi blends, announces their entry into the North American Juice Market through the successful closing on the Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) juice facility in Winter Garden, Florida. As communicated at the time of the signing on August 16, 2017, this acquisition is an important step in Prodalim’s 5-year expansion plan and it ensures North American clients will also have access to Prodalim juices, concentrates and compounds.

It also establishes an important partnership with LDC, as Prodalim will immediately begin providing storage, blending and tank loading services to LDC under a long term agreement. Tsahi Berezovsky CEO of the Prodalim Group stated, "We are very happy and proud to be trusted by Louis Dreyfus Company to provide these services for the coming years. We are also very excited that our announced arrival in the North American market generated so much customer interest. As a result, we moved quickly to build our team to meet this new opportunity. Today, I am proud to say that we are ready – we have both a great facility and a great team.

From Quality Control, to Customer Service to Warehousing and Blending and Sales. In addition, we are pleased to announce Ivan Marie Schuermans has been appointed as President of Prodalim USA to lead the operations. Ivan brings 25 years of experience in the global juice industry and will be located with our team in Winter Garden Florida.” Adrian Isman, Senior Head of Grains and Value Chain Platforms and Head of North America for Louis Dreyfus Company, said: "This transaction is aligned with LDC’s strategy to concentrate on core business areas while expanding juice sales distribution.

As one of the largest suppliers of orange juice in the world, we will continue to provide our North American customers with a variety of fruit juices sourced from different origins, and a dedicated local team. Moving forward, we will focus on adding fresh orange and lemon juices to our existing portfolio of concentrated juices, as well as offering new value-adding services to our customers." The 27-acre facility is located near Orlando and it includes tank farms, cold storage rooms and a state of the art blending and compounding facility. The tank farm has a storage capacity of more than 12 million gallons / 60 thousand tons in addition to cold storage capacity of more than 15 thousand tons in drums.
